You must be 18+ years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and not barred under Nigerian law from using our platform.

• You must provide accurate, current information and update changes promptly.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

• Artisans and businesses require a subscription to offer services.
• Billing is recurring (monthly/annually) via our secure payment processor.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation; cancellation ends renewal, not past payments.

• You are solely responsible for content: descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos.
• No false, misleading, infringing, or offensive content allowed.
• Anyworks365 reserves the right to review, blacklist, or remove listings for vendors and users as well as their full profile.

• Our role is facilitator: payments, messaging, and reviews go through the app.
• Anyworks365 is not responsible for off-platform disputes or transactions.

You must not:

• Violate applicable laws of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria
• Violate applicable laws or rights of others
• Use the app for fraud, harassment, or unauthorized marketing
• Tamper with the app, send malware, or reverse-engineer it
• Circumvent any security or usage controls

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. No refunds of subscription will be issued post-termination.

• The app is provided “AS IS” and without warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or merchantability.
• Anyworks365 is not liable for artisan performance or client satisfaction.

To the full extent allowed by law, Anyworks365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and defend Anyworks365 (and affiliates, staff) against any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

All logos, trademarks, content, and app code are the property of Anyworks365 or licensed to us. You may not use them without written permission.

We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services linked within our app.

• These Terms shall be governed by Nigerian law.
• Any dispute will be resolved via arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, except for injunctive relief which may go to court directly.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
